General Terms
Please read carefully these following points and terms and conditions (the "Terms") before accessing the ‘’Mentwr.gr’’ Website. The Website is owned and operated by ‘’Mentwr – The Initiative’’ corporation. These Terms constitute a contract between you and Mentwr that govern your use of the Mentwr Website and the booking of mentorship sessions or the purchase of other products or services offered on the Website www.mentwr.gr
By accessing the Website, You agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referred to in these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, please cease using and accessing the Website.

Definitions
"Us", "Our", "Ours", "We" refers to Mentwr.gr
“Website” and “Site” are terms having the same meaning and refer to www.mentwr.org
“Platform” refers to the designated area on Our Website whereby a user may purchase mentorship sessions as well as other related products or services, and also attend their purchased mentorship sessions via videoconference.
"Payment Method" means a valid method of payment accepted by Mentwr’s third party payment processor: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal

"You" and "Your" means You yourself individually as a user of the Website and as a visitor of the Website.
“Mentor” refers to a qualified professional individual vetoed by Mentwr.org and able to provide mentorship sessions via the Platform.
“Mentee” refers to individuals of over eighteen (18) years of age who have purchased, registered or attended a mentorship session or other products & services via the Platform or who would like to do so.

1. Service
The Platform provides quality mentorship & training sessions for professionals. These mentorship sessions are provided by Mentors vetoed by Mentwr, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in their field. Upon registration, Mentwr grants you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Platform.

2. Age restriction
Any use of the Platform under the age of fourteen (18) is prohibited. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may use Mentwr.gr only with the involvement of your parent or guardian. Make sure you review these Terms with your parent or guardian so that you both understand your rights and responsibilities.

3. Registration
To use Mentwr’s services, You will need to sign up with a valid email account and enter your personal information. You represent that:
a) You are over the age of eighteen (18)
b) You are the rightful owner of the email account. You have not used another person’s account with the intent to impersonate that person. You are responsible for safeguarding the account information that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password even if it’s with a third-party service;
c) You have provided us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information
d) You will not disclose your email account information to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized usage of Your name or social media account information or of any breach of security you are aware of.

4. Mentorship session
The mentorship sessions will take place through offline or online sessions or group sessions or videoconference. The Mentee is not required to appear via video; however, access to a microphone is required.
Once the Mentee has booked a session through Mentwr.gr and the session is confirmed, the Mentor may refuse the proposed booking for valid reasons, such as limited availability, unforeseen time conflict or a conflict of interest with the Mentee.
Although we take reasonable means to vet each Mentor, we make no warranties on the verification process of the Mentor.
Mentees agree not to sell, share, or distribute any and all advice, tips, works or material received from the Mentors, or any materials resulting from mentorship sessions.
You further agree that mentwr.gr and your mentors or authorized mentors using the Service may send you messages, alerts, and other communications ( e.g. chat in live sessions, newletters) through the Service, including via email, web alert, text messages, and other similar means, in accordance with the use and the access of the Services, and you agree to accept such messages.

5. Fees
The price of each mentorship session is free. Mentwr reserves the right at any time to modify the services and products offered on the Website as well as the price of these products and services.

6. Prohibited usage
The Mentwr.gr Website may be used only for the purposes permitted by these Terms or described on this Website. You may not:
- duplicate, publish, modify, create derivative works from, participate in the transfer or sale of, post on the internet, or in any way distribute or exploit the Mentwr Website, Mentwr’s services or any portion there of for any public or commercial use without our express written permission;
- use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated devices to access the Website or Platform;
- copy or hack Our database, Website, Platform, and all related content;
- access and use Our Website or Platform in a way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- access and use Our Website or Platform in a way that is illegal or fraudulent, or with an illegal or fraudulent objective;
- access or use Our Website or Platform to transmit or obtain the transmission of any unsolicited or unauthorized publicity or promotional material or any other similar solicitation form (i.e. spam);
- to knowingly transmit data, send, submit or download any material containing false information, viruses, Trojan horses, malware, or other malicious programs or similar codes designed to cause damage to Our Website, Platform, services or material, including Our servers;
- delete or change any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice or legend displayed on Mentwr’s Website (or printed pages of the Website).

For Mentors : If you are a Mentor registered user of the Services then you also agree to the following additional terms:
• You represent and warrant that any and all information you provide to us during the registration process is true and accurate. You hereby grant us express consent to use such information to perform a background check in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• you or you represent an organization or institution or entity that has a legitimate interest to provide guidance, support, and encouragement aimed at developing the competence and character of children.
• you have not committed any crime against a minor, including child abuse, sexual acts, and pornography
• you will not use the Services to harm minors or any other Users in any way
• you understand that mentwr.gr does not guarantee that you will serve as a mentor during the use of Services. You may be paired with other user(s) of the Service who have consented to receive advice from you and who you may consider as your “mentee”
• it is your sole responsibility to inquire into the nature of any Topic in terms of mentees question and mentoring answer and to take reasonable precautions in all interactions with mentees, you meet through the mentoring process
• you will act in the furtherance of the objectives of the Services to which you are registered, and you will not partake in any activities that are of detriment to the Services, to its objectives and the mentees
• Nothing should be deemed to create any employment, contractor, agent or other affiliate relationship between you and mentwr.gr. You are not allowed to make any representation or statement on behalf of, or in any manner that may be interpreted as being made on behalf of mentwr.gr without our prior consent. During the course of using the Service as a mentor, you may voluntarily provide advice or information to your mentees, in your own, individual capacity. Any such advice or information is provided on your own behalf, and does not represent any advice or view of mentwr.gr
• When interacting with your mentees through the Service, whether online or offline, you agree to comply with all guidelines and requirements provided by mentwr.org to you. You will not present any false, misleading or inappropriate information and will not engage in any illegal or inappropriate behaviors. You are not allowed to charge any fees to your mentees or ask for any monetary compensation for providing any information, advice or mentorship to your mentees.
• As a mentor, you may be provided with information (including personally identifiable information) about your mentees or other users of the Services, either by mentwr.org and our Services or directly by those individuals. You agree that any information or personal data provided to you is confidential in nature. You agree to protect and maintain the confidentiality of such information, to use such information only for the purposes of using the Service as a mentor, and not to disclose any such information to any third party. You will respect the privacy and the personal data of the individuals with whom you interact and will not share with any third parties their information or stories or personal data without first obtaining express consent from mentwr.gr .

7. Visitor specific obligations
The Website and its content may only be used for the purposes set forth in these Terms. You must not use the Website for other purposes. You should not use the Website inappropriately in any way whatsoever. Also, You must not modify the Website and its content and should not try to prevent access to the Site or interfere with its operations.
The visitor agrees, without limitations, not to:

a) use the Website in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website;
b) disrupt the safety or otherwise abuse the Website, or any services, system resources, servers or networks connected to the Website or affiliated or linked sites or accessible through them;
c) disrupt or interfere with the user enjoyment by others of the Website or affiliated or linked sites;
d) upload, post or otherwise transmit on the Website a virus or other harmful, disruptive or destructive computer program or file;
e) use any robot, spider, another automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the pages of the Website or its contents;
f) transmit through the Website emails, chain letters, junk mail or another unsolicited bulk email; and
g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or portions thereof to which access is limited. In addition, the visitor agrees that it is solely responsible for all actions and communications undertaken or transmitted to or on behalf of, and should comply with all applicable laws regarding its use or activities on the Website.
Mentwr reserves the right to refuse the service to some users and/or customers and to close accounts and cancel orders at their discretion.

8. Social media
The following conditions apply when you access a social media page, an account, a website, a network or any application contained on social media which was designed and managed by Mentwr.gr
By using social media pages and by submitting a comment, a photo, video, or other item, You (and your parent / legal guardian if You have not reached the age of eighteen (18)) agree to be bound and abide by these Terms, Mentwr’s privacy policy and the terms of use of third-party providers of social media.
Terms of use of social media
Certain comments and other elements on social media pages might not represent the views and general policy of Mentwr. Thus, You agree not to post or submit information, publications, links or other items of all kinds on social media pages that fall into the categories described below:
-defamatory;
-abusive;
-counterfeit;
-obscene;
-misleading;
-illegal;
-which otherwise violates the rights (including those relating to privacy) of others;
-all content including advertising;
-promotional materials or any form of unwanted solicitations to other users, individuals or entities;
-all content whose origin or source is falsified;
-any financial or personal information, about yourself or another person; and
-any information that Mentwr would consider contrary to the Terms of the Website.
Any information, message, link or element we consider as belonging to one of the above categories will be deleted immediately, without liability to Mentwr. Moreover, Mentwr assumes no responsibility for filtering messages posted on social media.

9. Refund and exchange
Once a mentorship session has been agreed and/or scheduled, a Mentee or a Mentwr can request to cancel the session at least twenty four hours (24h) before the scheduled session, for any reason. To request such a cancellation, please contact info@mentwr.gr
10. Technical problems
To report any technical problem with Your mentorship session or for support, please contact info@mentwr.gr

11. Information gathering
We obtain and verify information for the purpose of identifying all of our customers who make an order on the Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, You authorize Us to make inquiries We consider necessary to validate the information You provide Us. We can do it directly for example, by asking you additional information or requiring You to take steps to confirm ownership of your Payment methods or email address.
If You are not over the age of eighteen (18), Your parent or guardian must use the Website on Your behalf, because You should not use the Website by Yourself or provide personal information to Us. Mentwr does not knowingly collect any information from children.
By accepting these Terms, you also consent to have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property
Mentwr’s Platform, Website, content, as well as all intellectual property relating to them are Our property, that of Our affiliates or third parties. All rights, titles, and interest in the Website and the Platform remain our property and/or the property of such third parties. The name MENTWR and other names and property notices of goods and/or services from Mentwr on the Website and the Platform are trademarks or Our exclusive proprietary brands or belonging to third parties. Other names of products, services and companies appearing on the Website may be trademarks of their respective owners.

All information provided on the Website belongs to Mentwr and is protected by applicable law. Unless otherwise indicated, the information may not be copied, displayed, distributed, downloaded, licensed, modified, published, reproduced, reused, sold, transmitted or used for purposes of derivative works, public or commercial usage without the express written permission of Mentwr.
You can use the information solely for your personal non-commercial use, provided that you reference Our copyright notices and attributions trademarks. These conditions give You a restriction to consult, display on your computer, download and print text and images from this Website, and only for non-commercial, personal and educational purposes, provided that the content of the Website is not subject to modification. This permission belongs only to You; it can not be assigned or transferred to another person, or be licensed. The images and text on the Website that are downloaded, copied, saved or printed are still subject to these Terms. You must ensure that all notices of copyright and trademarks are always included. 13. Warranty of services
Mentwr does not assume a warranty for the quality of the services rendered by the Mentors.
Our Mentors have an obligation to render their services in accordance with the practices of their field. The Mentors have also agreed to listen and advise Mentees carefully during the sessions, and to overall respect and encourage the Mentees.

14. Limitation of liability and disclaimers
Mentwr makes no representation and gives no warranty regarding the proper functionality of the Website nor the Platform, its suitability for use or the absence of errors or interruptions during use or during the mentorship sessions. Mentwr does not declare, guarantee nor undertake that any errors or any related issues on the Website will be corrected or that the server from which the Website is operated is or will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Mentwr will not be responsible for technical difficulties You may experience during Your mentorship sessions and cannot guarantee the quality of such sessions. Mentwr will also not be responsible for any technical difficulties caused by Your hardware, software, viruses or harmful components on your hardware. You are solely responsible to make all updates and upgrades of your hardware and software and to maintain the security and well-functioning of your hardware and software. Mentwr is not obliged to grant You or give to any third party compensation or any other relief, however Mentwr may choose to refund your mentorship session.

Mentwr may provide interactive features that permit users to provide feedback to Mentwr and interact with other users, such as a Mentee interacting with a Mentor via videoconference. Each user is responsible for the content of their posts on the Website and the Platform. As such, each user is responsible for protecting the work shared on the Platform (watermarks, sound signatures, etc.) and Mentwr shall not be liable for any infringement caused through the Platform. Mentwr shall not be liable for any damages caused by any messages posted by users. The material and information contained on the Website and on the Platform are presented "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

Mentwr may provide interactive features that permit users to provide feedback to Mentwr and interact with other users, such as a Mentee interacting with a Mentor via offline or online meetings or a videoconference. Each user is responsible for the content of their posts on the Website and the Platform. As such, each user is responsible for protecting the work shared on the Platform (watermarks, sound signatures, etc.) and Mentwr shall not be liable for any infringement caused through the Platform. Mentwr shall not be liable for any damages caused by any messages posted by users. The material and information contained on the Website and on the Platform are presented "as is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.

Mentwr will not be liable for the outcome of the mentorship session, specifically the actions You may decide to take for your career following this session. No positions, jobs, internships nor opportunities are guaranteed following the mentorship session.

Mentwr will not be responsible for damages, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from the use of equipment, products or services of any kind whatsoever, inability to use, delayed delivery or partial delivery, termination of rights or loss of profits, data, such damage being contractual or extra-contractual. Mentwr is not obliged to grant You or give to any third party compensation or any other relief. Moreover, Mentwr will not be held liable for damages resulting from obligations specified in Section 4. Some federal or provincial laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to You.

Your contractual relationship is only with Mentwr. You agree that no affiliate or agent of Mentwr owes You a duty of care when performing a task that would otherwise be performed by Mentwr under its agreement with You.

Mentwr makes no representation and gives no warranty regarding the quality of services rendered by the Mentor nor the proper behavior of the Mentor on the Platform. Mentwr will not be held liable for damages, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from the quality of services rendered by the Mentor on the Platform, the proper behavior of the Mentor on the Platform, as well as for any claims arising against the Mentor related to the services rendered on the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentwr, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, claims, actions or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from Your use or misuse of the Website or Platform, all activities that occur under your account linked to your email address, Your violation of these Terms or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
The Mentor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mentwr, its officers, directors, employees and consultants (collectively, Mentwr) against all damages, liability or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and defense costs, to the extent caused by the Mentor’s negligent acts in connection with the services rendered on the Platform and the acts of its agents, partners or consultants, or anyone for whom the Mentor is legally liable.

You agree that any cause of action on services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action.

15. Modification
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, modify or change these Terms at any time. By accessing the Website after these changes, You agree to be bound by the modified Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time. If we do this, depending on the nature of the change, we will post the changes on this page and indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised and/or notify you, either through the Services' user interface, in an email notification or through other reasonable means and as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing law and judicial district
We will neither be responsible for nor a party to any dispute or claim between users of the Website or Services. We may attempt to help and solve a dispute, but is not our responsibility to do so or for any legal consequences of such disputes.
If while offering/receiving mentwr’s services you feel uncomfortable or the other side engages in inappropriate behaviour, please contact us and we will decide together whether we need to activate the appropriate authorities as well. Please note that your report to mentwr.org does not guarantee any reaction from us outside of what is required by law.

If a dispute between you and us arises, we both agree to make all reasonable and diligent efforts to resolve any controversy, dispute or disagreement by resorting to negotiation in a spirit of good cooperation within a reasonable time period.
This Agreement and its Terms are governed by the Greek Law and to the extent that the dispute has not been resolved in good cooperation, any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted under the Terms, you and mentwr.org agree and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts and in particular the Courts of Athens and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.

If You breach these Terms and We do not take immediate action, this does not mean that We waive any right We may have against you (e.g. bringing cases in the future).

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The provisions of these Terms and conditions, by their nature, shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and conditions or cancellation of registration.

These sites are not controlled by us in any way and we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality or any other aspect of these other websites, including any content provided by them.
